Jiu Jitsu Tips

Sports – Jiu jitsu is much easier to do if you have basic fitness. Having basic fitness allows you to learn the moves quicker. If you are fitter the sparring sessions become easier and this allows your mind to absorb more without worrying you might hurt yourself.
