I created this fishing recipe myself a few years ago while on a fishing trip to Rice Lake in Southern Ontario. I happened to be cooking Walleye at that time and it was a huge success, all the guys loved it. Since then, I have used this recipe for many different kinds of both fresh water and salt water fish with the same outstanding results.
